Team Coordinator (Greenwich)

We are looking for a Team Coordinator in the Greenwich area.

The role includes being the first point of contact for children, teenagers and families requiring support or who are already being supported by the Early Help Service and assist the team in identifying need and providing appropriate support and advice.

Providing effective co-ordination of the team and provide responsive and flexible administrative support that ensures timely and appropriate assessment of needs and interventions with children, teenagers and their families.

System updates and general administration duties.

An enhanced DBS check forms part of the registration.
