ELECTRICIAN

Our client, a family run estate agency, is currently recruiting for an Electrician based in Clapham covering London (inside the M25). This is a full-time permanent position.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a family run estate agency in the process of launching a "In House Handy Man" service to all their existing clients. They currently handle high end properties and this new facility will offer a variety of services from furniture assembly to fixing leaky taps.

THE ROLE

They are currently looking for an Electrician to help service their residential properties in London.

This role will involve a variety of electrical work - mainly maintenance and installation.

You may also be asked to complete minor tasks outside of your main job role such as changing lightbulbs, jet spraying patios, clearing out gutters, putting up pictures etc.

Due to the nature of the properties, you will also be required to use a portable device to book and complete work. You may also be required to take photos or short videos.

THE HOURS & SALARY

Salary will be based on experience but will be £30,000 to £35,000 per annum.

Hours are 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. You'll received one hour for lunch.

20 days holiday with 1 extra day added for every year of loyalty.

SKILLS REQUIRED

To be a successful Electrician you'll need the following skills:

• 2 years practical experience as an Electrician
• 18th Edition
• Electrical, Inspection and Testing,
• Engineering - Electrical
• A ELECSA, NICEIC or NAPIT license
• Strong customer service skills & professionalism
• Ability & will to complete other minor maintenance tasks outside of plumbing
• Ex-forces are desirable!
