Class 1 Drivers

Our leading client based in York are currently recruiting for Class 1 drivers to deliver their confectionery across the country.

Paying £16.61 per hour and some meal expenses paid for.

Shifts will include days/ nights and Roaming. Candidates must be available to work full time all hours and tramping. Tramping is overnight in secure services and is not an optional part of the role. Tramping is paid at just over £20 per night.

Experience is essential and you must have a minimum of two years driving experience to apply.

You must hold a valid CPC and digital tachograph card.

You will be guaranteed at least three shifts per week minimum. All shifts are shared equally between agency and permanent staff and this could be a long term opportunity. We have had drivers in this post from 7 - 10 years. Shifts are sent out a week in advance and extra shifts are offered through the week if you are available.

To be offered the role you must register with myself in our Leeds City Centre Office as well as take part in a driver assessment on site with the client.
