Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Another opportunity has risen to join one of our largest clients, based in Havant. We are currently recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Advisors.

In this role, you'll take calls from engineers who are out installing Smart meters in customers' homes and businesses across the UK. You will log any faults or issues they may call in with and will resolve the query or raise them with the relevant team for resolution.

You will be expected to intervene and find workarounds if a process fails to enable an installation to go ahead, as providing a high-quality service.

Your Skills and Experience

You'll have strong communication skills and great attention to detail which you will have gained in a customer service focused environment. Skilled at customer care techniques, you will be passionate about delivering a positive experience to everyone, both internally and externally.

You'll be fast and accurate, and will enjoy working in a busy team and working to deadlines in an environment that embraces ownership and accountability.

This role is to start on 24 June and will be on going for approximately 3 months
