Senior Negotiator

Manpower are recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator to work within a fresh dynamic and exciting fast growing company in Wetherby

Working in a team of negotiators/property consultants taking inbound enquiries, with a view to converting these calls into sales and generating your own leads

The role of Sales Negotiator consists of the following key elements:

• Negotiation skills with prospective clients
• Keeping in touch with potential clients and gaining updates on their current situation
• Looking after your own administration, and making sure all case files are up to date with sufficient notes
• Dealing with incoming enquiries within the lead database
• Researching market value of properties nationwide
• Building and maintaining customer relationships

Key Skills

• Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to overcome objections
• Computer Literate
• Proactive
• Sales Experience (Essential)
• Basic knowledge of the property industry ( preferred )
