One of the ManpowerGroup brands - Right Management is looking for a new addition to their team to support and coordinate ongoing projects, while our colleague is enjoying maternity leave.

Reporting to the Talent & Sales Solution Manager and working as part of an integrated team, the Project Manager partners with a diverse group of Talent and Career Development Consultants to lead the delivery of projects in a manner that meets client expectations, actively managing the entire lifecycle of complex multi work-stream projects (Customized Outplacement, Leadership Development and Training Programs, Assessment, Career Mobility, Team Effectiveness and Coaching). Committed to providing clients with a superior level of service, this role requires exceptional project management and coordination, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), an ability to work independently and within a team, organization, attention to detail, proficiency in a variety of software applications, a positive attitude, responsiveness, initiative and a curiosity to learn and grow.
The role is predominately office-based with some field-based activity/meetings at client sites.

Responsibilities include
*Draws up and oversees the co-ordination of client project plans
*Liaise with clients, dealing with project related requirements, enquiries and issues
*Attends client meetings with Manager and Consultants where required
*Checks project associate invoices, approves those within authorisation limit
*Tracks project profitability and reports variances from expected levels to Manager
*Orders, administers, sets up online, scores and tracks psychometric tool usage
*Enters client project activity in RightTrack ensuring all billings are accurate and timely
*Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
*Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients, upselling when appropriate
*Partners with the solution and engagement leads, managing all aspect of the project lifecycle and meets or exceeds all project deliverables and maintain profitability

Required Skills & Experience
*Demonstrated project management skills (exceptional ability to manage multiple large scale projects simultaneously).
*Excellent client-facing and customer service abilities
*Understands all phases of project management life cycle, initiation, planning, execution, and closure
*Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (One Drive, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*Ability to engage and use various I.T. packages and software
*Basic knowledge & understanding of Budgeting/P&L/Forecasting
*Commercial Awareness - understanding the financial impact of projects and the profitability targets
*Demonstrates superior written and verbal communication skills, exudes composure and confidence
*Comfortable interacting with senior level clients and staff and ability to assert and negotiate with a broad range of people
*Takes a positive and energetic approach and recognizes different stakeholder needs and expectations
*Innovative problem solver - leverages creative thinking and ingenuity to improve process and tools
*Takes a solution-oriented, 'self-starter' approach to projects with an interest in gaining an in-depth understanding of programs and services
