French Speaking Data Associate

Job Title: Senior Master Data Associate (with French language)

Reports To: Master Data, Controls and Compliance Manager
Location: Chester, UK
Department: Business & Finance Services - Order to Cash

POSITION PURPOSE:

The order to Cash department is looking for a technically skilled senior master data associate with French language. You will be working in a team on maintaining master data, mainly customer base, pricing, material for EMEA markets. You will need to understand the complex biopharma industry regulations and execute all transactions in compliance with Global distribution Practices (GDP) and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain Customer, Price conditions, credit limits, Product master data based on requests received from various sources
Prepare annual/periodic master data review of all customers
Perform operational SLA and KPI reporting and tracking
Support internal and external audits
Involvement in various projects (standardisation, continuous innovation, etc.)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and COMPETENCIES:
1-3 year's experience in financial services activities
Fluent in English and one other European language ideally ( preferably French)

FUNCTIONAL:

Ability to assess and promptly resolve problems
Strong quantitative and analytic skills

TECHNICAL
Deep understanding of SAP environment, customer, product and price
Advance knowledge and use of office productivity tools (MS Office - Word, Excel, etc.);
