Internal Compliance Leader needed ASAP in the Trafford Park/ Greater Manchester area.

A great opportunity has aroused for an Internal Compliance Leader working for a well known reputable company, being one of the largest consumer goods companies.

Position: Internal Compliance Leader

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

job type: Permanent, Monday - Friday

This position requires a person to work in the hub part of the business (manufacturing) they are looking for a leader who can define and lead their internal compliance programme and build their position for company standards globally. You will be a champion for strong compliance and risk management across our whole site. Your proactive approach will identify and eliminate risks and you will be a key part of our organisational success.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing procedures in a manufacturing environment that drive us to meet company standardsLeading and executing regular audits with excellenceLeading investigations into compliance issues and define systemic and timely fixesEngaging senior management on compliance issues through regular reporting and trend analysisLeading training's and coaching and developing others to build capability in this field across all levels of the organisation - from senior leaders to production techniciansManaging processes to meet import and export custom regulationsYou will have overall accountability for company payment and purchasing regulationsThis role is an excellent and unique opportunity to take full ownership for this critical function within the organisation, leading by example and holding others to account.

To be suitable for this position you must have manufacturing and Strong compliance experience.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

3 years plus experience in Internal compliance3 years plus experience within a manufacturing environmentConfident and competent in using Microsoft Office, including Intermediate Excel capabilityExperience in using SAPDegree required in Engineering or Finance related discipline, or the equivalent in relevant experienceThis role requires business fluency in the English language both verbal and written
