Packaging Operations Supervisor
Manpower is currently recruiting for a Packaging Operations Supervisor .
This role will be responsible for the coordination of the packaging team to ensure smooth running of the packaging equipment and working to the production schedule. Ensuring the packaging process meets cGMP requirements.
Requirements of the Role:
Supervise the smooth and efficient running of the packaging lines through competent and effective leadership within a cGMP environment.
Ensuring packaging equipment and general area cleanliness is maintained to cGMP standards and that equipment maintenance is completed as per the schedule and to a high standard.
Liaise with various departments ensuring both outbound and inbound communications are clear, timely and accurate
Ensure policies and procedures are followed
Machine Set
The ideal candidate for this job will be:
Proactive, results oriented, and have strong attention to detail.
A Self-starter with strong work ethic.
Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines
Able to coach team members
Flexible
Full understanding of cGMPs required.
Previous Experience within Pharma or Medical Devices required.
People Management/Leadership Experience required.
