£32,000 per annum PLUS a company car

Scotland Region - Home Based

Responsibilities:

Develop New Business

• Accountable for revenue and margin for all Regional business with a potential spend of 5k+ and up to 50k (only accountable for revenue and Margin for Regional Business up to £25k whilst also responsible for hunting new business opportunities up to £50K)
• Aggressively target all accounts and prospects within a set geographic area.
• Exploit all product and service opportunities.
• To have an agreed level of target opportunities within our Customer relationship tool (CRM)
• Progression of opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Organisation & Call Planning

• Number of calls - Minimum of 35 effective visits per week.
• Territory planning and understanding of the market to maximise sales opportunities.
• Using CRM to understand an area and be aware of existing customers within the area.
• Formal monthly review meetings with Area Operations Manager to agree Sales and Operations responsibilities.

Relationships

• Work in partnership with Operations Managers and Area Operations Managers to achieve the joint Regional target.
• Manage manufacturer relationships.
• Liaise with Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers.
• Communicate regularly to ensure the team is up to date on company and industry issues.
• Network and communicate at all levels with both internal and external customers where necessary.
