What's the opportunity?
As a key member of our lively Contact Centre team, you'll be responsible for managing a pipeline of new and existing customers from all around the world, sharing your enthusiasm for home swapping, alternative accommodation and the sharing economy. It's a fast-paced target-driven role, with a mix of outbound sales, email and online channels, which is vital for the growth of the business as a whole.

What's the role?
Outbound Sales focus, with the potential for some Customer Service responsibilities as the role progresses, the role is varied;

Customer Retention
Sell our portfolio of membership and trip-based products to existing members who are in the process of renewing, upgrading or requiring additional services that Love Home Swap can provide

New Business
Sell a portfolio of membership products to a new customer base around the world, who've registered their interest in the Love Home Swap platform

Customer Service
Provide high-touch customer service to our members via a range of inbound and outbound channels

Who are we looking for?

* Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in working within a target driven / telesales / inside sales team
* A strong desire to succeed in a commercially focused and fun working environment
* Experience in delivering and exceeding against set KPI's
* Extremely organized, possessing the ability to juggle a multitude of different activities at once
* Manage an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting
* Articulate with faultless communication in English language, both written and verbally
* Spanish language skills are highly desirable
