Based in Glasgow City Centre the Desk Based Service Management Agent is accountable for supporting multiple customer contracts. You will be responsible for the overall service relationship on behalf of BT within your customer base. The role is desk based and all customer interaction will be via telephone and email. You will need to be adaptable on customer's correspondence ensuring they are dealt with effectively and promptly, handling their enquiries first time, every time.

As a member of the Service Management Team you will deliver exceptional customer service whilst being responsible for:

  • The in- life service delivery within a defined customer base.
  • Support a large number of important customers and implement an effective governance model
  • Be the customer advocate in BT & work within internal stakeholders to ensure contractual SLAs are met.
  • You will be a point of escalation for your customers and ensure appropriate level of stakeholder engagement and communication, route cause analysis, and corrective actions identified and implemented.
  • Hold regular service review meetings with the customer via audio defined by the contract - to review service performance and taking ownership for any actions recorded at the meeting.

Hours -This is a full time role working 36 hours per week shifts between 0800to 1800 Monday to Friday. Starting on £11.00 per hour increasing after 12 weeks to £12.86.
