A great opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant (Excel) to work full time at our client's site in Rochdale. The working hours are full time Monday - Friday paying £10.25 p/h. This role is as cover on a temporary basis for 2 Weeks only, Graduates welcome to apply.

We are looking to recruit a highly excel competent individual who is required to produce complex excel templates for product/pricing documents that can be updated from set base data/price lists. You must be PC Literate & have very good experience with MS Office packages (especially Excel)

Skills and experience

  • Good Excel skills essential (Pivot tables, V-lookups)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels using a variety of methods / tools
  • Experience of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience of Working in an Administrative role is essential.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and driven
  • Experience of the different warehouse processes is desirable
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team and on own initiative
  • To work with colleagues as part of a team to achieve individual and Company objectives
