Industrial Operative Sprayer ( Late Shift)

Great opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a manufacturing / sprayer position working for our client based just outside Aylesbury!!!!!! Do you have some relevant manufacturing operations experience? Do you have experience in working with fibreglass?? ( this is an advantage )

Do you have paint spraying experience ( an advantage but not essential ) Would you like a job with overtime? Would you be happy to work 2.30-11.00 Monday - Thursday? If so this could be the perfect job for you !!

The role? Spraying of components to and agreed Production Schedule. Ensure quality of work is to agreed standards. Work to production targets laid down by the Factory Manager.

Work closely with your Cell Leader and other supervision in training and maintaining continuous improvements to help the section grow as a team. Maintain high standard of housekeeping ensuring all Chopper Guns are clean and flushed through at the end of each shift.

Carry out de-moulding and mould preparation as required. Where applicable, ensure the smooth running of the chopper guns & materials flow efficiently. Support the Spray Shop with the move to the company goal of lean manufacturing.
