Maintenance Staff

We are looking for a strong maintanance candidate up until the end of March 2020 to work between three different buildings for an Embassy in Central London, keeping the building up to date and running efficiently. Works could be varied including plumbing, electrical and mechanical and will focus on resovling issues within the buildings. Salary is negotiable.

This role is Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30 with an hour for lunch. Possible overtime is available and paid accordingly.

Main duties:
・Looking after Embassy's properties.
・Attempting to understand and resolve any problems that arise in the properties, which includes electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and general DYI maintenance.
・Supervising any works carried out by specialist contractors.
・Adjusting the maintenance schedule
・Preparing documents for the construction work and the maintenance in the building.

Requirements:
・Having a clean driving license. We will provide a light van(with some tools) for use during normal working hours.
・Having electrical and mechanical experience
・A strong command of the English language, both spoken and written
・Good IT skills Including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint are necessary.
