Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum are currently looking for a HR Data Analyst based at their prestigious facility in Kingston (with travel to 100 VE). This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 6 months to start ASAP, working a 36.25-hour week. This role is paying between £31,600 - £39,500 pro rata, depending on experience.

HR Data Specialist experienced in working in excel, PowerBI and HR systems bringing knowledge and experience in organisation effectiveness and analytics with focus on talent management. Ability to work across teams and good project management and networking skills.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Global Talent & Performance Management Director and team to scope, design and test global talent projects and initiatives in sight of what, how and why we do Talent in aligned with our People with Purpose initiative.

  • Driving data, OE & analytics (new tools, metrics, how/where to use them)
  • Data / analysis automation opportunity & projects
  • Productivity and Metrics, Oneview for Board, HRLT and when necessary
  • + ad-hoc benchmarking / data requests depending on the priorities & workload
  • Utilising external best practice and ensuring that any global talent project or initiative delivery is as future proof as possible.
  • Being proactive and taking the opportunity to close the gap where talent agenda needs to be optimized in order to be Fit to Win.
  • Working as one team and in collaboration with global Talent & Organisation teams and partnership relationships with non-HR teams.
  • Creating effective talent solutions that sit within a global framework allowing for local freedom of application.
  • Deploying broad Talent and OD insight together with project management essentials such as managing global project teams, reporting to steering groups etc.
  • Using creative outputs and distribution channels for delivered products. These will involve SharePoint and other creative media.

Person specification

  • Excellent data analytics and systems experience and ability to translate into insights and apply to business/HR context
  • A comprehensive project manager with experience in working through others and partnership collaboration.
  • The ability to bring the outside in, good personal judgment on when to lean on external best practice and overall being naturally inquisitive around how we can enhance overall expertise agenda.
  • Creative thinking balanced with strong analysis that can provide insight into the business case, solution or project direction.
  • Excellent stakeholder management
