Garden Sundries Department Manager

We have an amazing opportunity for a Garden Sundries Department Manager to join a continuously growing and fantastic team. You will be over seeing the day to day running of a local Garden Centre that holds a prominent position within the industry. We are looking for someone with great garden sundries product knowledge, outstanding face to face customer service skills, who has a passion for retail and can use their creative skills to encourage and boost sales! A competitive salary up to £26,000 for a 40-hour week (weekdays and weekends) along with free parking on site is being offered for this role.

Your Responsibilities:

• Using your garden sundries product knowledge to assist and advise customers
• Use your creativity to deliver aspirational merchandising
• Using your awareness to accurately implement stock ordering
• Providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring the centre is achieving and exceeding great sales result through effective product placement and customer service
• Review and report overall sales figures to senior members of staff
