Salary £45,000 / £50,000

Manpower is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join one of our most valued clients, a long established medium sized architectural practice. Based out of their central Leeds office, you would cover projects across Yorkshire and East Midlands. The focus of your role would be to help design and build new projects as well as assisting on current contracts within the business.

The company are investing heavily in their Leeds site to meet industry demand and is looking for someone who is ready for stability in their next career with the opportunity for a quick step up into a Senior Partner position within a year. As a Senior Architect, you will be part of a small team of Architects, Engineers and Consultants and will be responsible for the following:

• Delivering new builds and refurbishments for a range of different sectors such as Leisure, University, Primary Schools, Modular Buildings and many more
• Working closely with the Managing Partner, you would be a project leader and lead the team through all stages from inception of the project all the way to completion
• Be involved in wider client relationship building which will include networking and business development across the UK
• Maintaining a strong working knowledge of the industry in order to establish new contracts

Skills & Experienced Required

• Demonstrable experience as a senior architect
• Experience of working on a range of different project types and sizes
• Flexible with the ability to learn new processes
• Experience in using CAD design/ Revit
• Experience in business development and winning new projects
• Strong network of contacts within the industry that will help develop the team
