Lead Development Representative

Manpower are working in partnership with Micro Focus, a world leading end-to-end pure-play software company to recruit a motivated and driven Lead Development Representative to join the team in Erskine.

You will be a confident individual and will use your communication skills to engage and interact with new and existing customers in order to build a rapport and develop strong working relationships.

Ideally with previous sales / customer service experience, you will be goal orientated with demonstrable success in outbound calling. You should have strong time management and organisational skills in order to effectively prioritise your day.

Salary of £17,000 - £18,000 depending on experience with OTE circa £23,000.

Successful candidates will be employed directly by Manpower; Manpower have a services agreement with Micro Focus.
