Job Details
Manpower are currently looking for a multi-skilled Plant Maintenance Technician to work for our client based in Grangemouth.
You will provide a service that covers preventative maintenance, installations, modifications and machinery breakdowns.
A thorough working knowledge of mechanical systems is essential, along with a range of maintenance and fault-finding skills around conveyor systems, pneumatics/hydraulics, compressors and pumps. Your expertise in these areas means that you'll already have a good understanding of Health & Safety regulations, risk assessments as well as working with and issuing permits to work.
Qualified to C&G/HNC level (or equivalent) and having completed a full apprenticeship.
You will need to be a natural problem solver who is comfortable working either as part of a team or without supervision, organising your own workload and meeting deadlines. You'll have plenty of initiative too plus a flexible approach to working hours.
