Out Of Hours Consultant - Part Time

Based in the heart of Newcastle's City Centre, you would be responsible for ensuring a continued focus on delivering an excellent service for the Manpower brand. You will be responsible for taking driving bookings, absence reports, processing order amendments and cancellations

The hours of work will be part time every Saturday and Sunday (anytime between 08:00 - 22:00) plus some evenings during the week and flexible for night shifts when required.

£8.21 per hour between Monday and Saturday, £9.30 per hour after 8pm and all day Sunday

You will be expected to:

• Actively take orders for drivers and warehouse logging accurately onto systems
• Contacting staff to fill orders
• Dealing with calls, emails and general office duties
• Monitor multiple inboxes
• Keeping clients up to date on their orders
• Achieve quality SLAs

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Customer Service experience desirable
• Demonstrate ability to use initiative
• Confident telephone manner
• Able to use Microsoft packages and emails

This is temp ongoing role where we require long term flexible commitment which includes working weekends and bank holidays
