You’ll receive a starting salary of £18,500 (pro-rata based on 37.5 hours per week). You’ll have the opportunity to increase your salary to up to £19,000 after 6 months, then up to £20,000 (pro-rata based on 37.5 hours per week) after 12 months through our development programme, ASPIRE. On top of this, there’s a discretionary annual bonus of 7.5% of your salary. What will I be doing?

As an excellent communicator and listener, you will work within our Fraud team. You will take inbound calls speaking to our customers who are potential victims of Fraud, always ensuring a first class service is provided. What kind of person are we looking for?

In short, we’re looking for a real people person. Naturally you’ll be a great communicator and a great listener, but you’ll also be someone that’s passionate about delivering a great customer service, and helping NewDay achieve their aims of helping people be better with credit.

Starting 22nd July, you will need to commit to Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.00 for 3 weeks training, then work 25 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 16.00 to 21.00. Because of the nature of what we do, you’ll also need to pass a credit, criminal record and fraud database check.
