A leading Law Firm in Central Dublin are urgently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist. The ideal candidate will need to have previous Reception experience within a professional environment.

Benefits: Pension, Life Cover, Permanent Health Insurance, Subsidised Canteen,

Hours: 8.30am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)

The Role:

Meet and Greet Corporate Clients and Visitors to the firm
Manage a Busy Switchboard
Manage booking system for Client Meeting Rooms and Boardrooms including set up of rooms.
Build up strong working relationships with Secretaries and Solicitors
Liaise with facilities and catering in relation to any requirements.
Order taxi's and couriers and record details.
Answer queries, both internally and externally.
Assisting in the co-ordination and preparation of meeting rooms Administration
Adhoc duties

The Candidate:

Professional Presentation and manner acting as Ambassador for the firm.
Previous experience within a Professional Reception environment is essential.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload in a calm and professional manner.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Salary will depend on experience, but is very competitive.
