Production Operative - Nights (machinist)

Manpower are currently looking to recruit a number of production operatives for a major pallet manufacturing company based in the Wirral - This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that is expanding in growth over the coming years.

our client is looking for a multi skilled individual with the ability to adapt to change over different production techniques within the work place, as a production operative/machine operator you will need to have some experience but not restricted to;

Wood, ban saw, beam saw, cross cutter, robotic saw experience is preferred but training will be given working on a bench or machine.

The standard working week would be 7pm-7am Mon-Thurs, if you work on a Friday then this will be paid at time and a half (£13.40)

When you have successfully completed a rough period of 4 weeks training you will have the opportunity to earn more money than you basic salary which all based around your performance.

• Night benches £9.70 when trained + Bonus

these roles will go permanent for the right candidate, the company is all about people, process and procedures, and over the next 12 months they expect continued growth
