Production Operative - Days (Immediate Starts)

Manpower are currently looking to recruit a number of production operatives for a major pallet manufacturing company based in the Wirral on temporary basis but will lead to a permanent role following 13 weeks service - This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that is expanding in growth over the coming years.

our client is the flagship company within the supply chain of pallets and they are looking for a multi skilled individual with the ability to adapt to change over different production techniques within the work place, similar experiences within a production role is desirable but not essential.

There is 2 shift patterns available, you will either be working 8am-5pm Monday - Friday or 7am-7pm Monday-Thursday. Any hours outside of your shift pattern will be paid at over time (£12.32ph)

When you have successfully completed a rough period of 4 weeks training you will have the opportunity to earn more money than you basic salary which all based around your performance.

• Day benches £8.21 but when trained and fast enough you can earn £10 - £11ph
• Day machine operatives £8.21 + bonus.

these roles will go permanent for the right candidate, the company is all about people, process and procedures, and over the next 12 months they expect continued growth.
