Responsibilities:

• Provide advice to business clients on the most suitable levels of cover to cater for their individual insurance requirements.
• Manage a pipeline of leads, provide quotations and convert them into policies sold to achieve team sales plans and business objectives.
• Up-Sell appropriate additional products
• Develop strong relationships with insurers and Underwriters whilst understanding the niche sectors.
• Manage, review, develop and coach a team of Business Insurance Advisors.
• Complete individual performance reviews.
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Promote and endorse the company values

Hours:

Monday to Friday from 09:00am to 17:00pm. (One day will be from 10:00am to 18:00pm)

Extra Information:

• Drivers are preferred due to the location of the office
• Free Parking
