Part Time - Customer Service Associate – Fraud – September Start Date

You’ll receive a starting salary of £18,500 (pro-rata based on 37.5 hours per week). You’ll have the opportunity to increase your salary to up to £19,000 after 6 months, then up to £20,000 (pro-rata based on 37.5 hours per week) after 12 months through our development programme, ASPIRE. On top of this, there’s a discretionary annual bonus of 7.5% of your salary. What will I be doing?
As an excellent communicator and listener, you will work within our Fraud team. You will take inbound calls speaking to our customers who are potential victims of Fraud, always ensuring a first class service is provided. What kind of person are we looking for?
In short, we’re looking for a real people person. Naturally you’ll be a great communicator and a great listener, but you’ll also be someone that’s passionate about delivering a great customer service, and helping NewDay achieve their aims of helping people be better with credit. Starting 2nd September, you will need to commit to Monday to Friday, 16:00 – 21:00 for five weeks training, then a choice of shifts working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 16:00 to 21:00 or working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 17:00 to 21:00
Because of the nature of what we do, you’ll also need to pass a credit, criminal record and fraud database check.
