7.5t Driver

Manpower are looking for 2 experienced, flexible, reliabe and professional 7.5t drivers to work on a long term part time assignment for our client based on Thorpe Road on Norwich.

The job will involve the delivery and collection of bulk mail (letters) and applicants must also be willing to load their own vehicle and carry out duties in the sorting office if required. All deliveries and collections will be within the NR postcode.

The days and times of shifts will vary from week to week, and this would be an idea position for perhaps a semi retired individual, or someone who currently has a part time job and would like to supplement their income.

The rate of pay is between £9 and £14 per hour for the first 3 months, and in line with the Agency Workers Regulation, this will thereafter increase to between £13.51 and £15.86 per hour; depending on the start and finish time of the shift.

You will receive a full induction prior to starting the job, which will involve a full Health and Safety briefing, site tour, driving assessment and traing on the hand held computer. This will take around 4 hours, and is paid on compeltion of your first shift.

This is a weekly paid position and free uniform and PPE is supplied. Maximum 6 active points on driving licence.
