They are looking for an immediately available candidate for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to provide an excellent level of administrative support to the Technical Advice Centre.

Key duties would include:

  • Record all data on CRM accurately according to the needs of the business by logging all incoming mail/emails
  • Taking and recording customer complaints so that they can be passed to the appropriate Advisor for case management and resolution.
  • To create ad-hoc reports as requested by either Team Leader or Advice Centre Manager
  • Supporting the inbound e-mail traffic and the teams SLA by placing literature and sample orders.
  • To maintain good order in the complaints sample archive.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative, time management, excellent communication and organisation skills and have experience working as an administrator. Ideally you will have worked within an advice centre environment and be able to prioritise your own work load at all times
