After over a decade in business, our client has a proven track record of success in delivering a diverse range of services which they are continually looking to bid for new contract opportunities and to recruit motivated and ambitious staff to join their team.

As part of their customer service team, you will be the first point of contact to customers, you'll need to have a positive attitude, have excellent communication skills and be able to advise and support customers with any queries they may have.

The ideal candidate will:

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Good team working skills and good working knowledge of computers.

Previous office/reception experience is an advantage but the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a professional and courteous manner is essential.

We can offer stable employment with a view for further progression and development.

Currently, our client is looking for two employees on a 30hrs per week contract, to cover both mornings (8:30am-2:30pm) and afternoons (1:30pm-7:30pm) This is to be worked on a rota basis alternating each week.

Additionally, they have other shifts patterns available, as well as zero hours contracts. The candidate will be expected to work a shift pattern, which will include evenings, and may include weekends and bank holidays.

Salary: Circa £16,000 per annum FTE, dependent on experience plus enhancements for weekends and bank holidays.
