Ramp Handler (Stansted)

We have a fantastic permanent opportunity to join our client at Stansted Airport.

The role involves the following :-

Unloading parcels and packages from the aircraft, placing on the belt loader, for re-loading onto the airport tug. Please note heavy lifting is involved and outside working, in all conditions.

Following established safe working practices and procedures when loading / offloading aircraft.

One of the team will then drive the airport Tug back to base, on the same site, ready for off-loading in the warehouse.

Full training will also be given to successful candidates to handle B757 / B767 / B777 / MDD aircraft type and level D aviation security and ground support equipment, Tugs, belts and Hi-loaders.

As part of the role a full driving license is required.

Must also have a clean criminal record check/DBS, and full 5 years work history, for referencing.

Hours are Monday to Thursday - 14.00/15.00 - 23.00, Friday 14.00/15.00 - 02.00, with overtime at the weekends.
