Manpower are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Representative's for our client, an expanding award- winning contact centre based in Sunderland.

What will my responsibilities be as a Customer Service Representative?

  • Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, answering general queries, requoting existing customers for their insurance policies and potentially upselling our extra products
  • Delivering outstanding services to every customer you deal with
  • Ensuring you take responsibility for our customers and provide resolutions
  • Acting with drive, pace and passion

What skills or experience do I need?

  • Experience working within a customer service environment. This could be from a variety of backgrounds including retail, contact centre and hospitality etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Taking responsibility for customer concerns and resolution
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills

  • Shifts will be within our opening hours of 8am-10pm Monday-Friday; 8am-6pm Saturday & 9am-5pm on Sunday Current shift pattern available: 37.5 hours per week, working 1 in 2 Saturdays, 1 in 4 Sundays.
  • £8.27 per hour and weekly pay
  • Subsidised on-site restaurant, free fruit (every day) and free breakfast (weekends only)

If successful you will receive 10.5 days paid training before going live on phones with customers. Although initially a temporary contract you will be working towards a permanent contract - previous applicants have been offered as quickly as 2 weeks in!
