Manpower are recruiting for an HR Analyst to join a busy Resourcing Team based within West Sussex County Council, this is a technical role that will require you to collect and study information and data and provide valid information for HR teams to use and inform the delivery of the service.
This will require significant amount of analysis, HRIS expertise and research capabilities, in order to support the delivery of core HR services by capturing, analysing and reporting HR data and trends. You will have responsibility for providing deep subject matter expertise in the consultation, design, creation and management of reports.
Work closely with stakeholders, including other HR teams, the HRMI reporting team and the WSCC Insights teams, to understand reporting and dashboard requirements.
Assist in the design, development and modification of HRIS to suit organisational needs.
Analyse, maintain and troubleshoot HR information systems and associated computer applications and systems.
Development of talent analytics and data for HR teams to inform their service and areas to focus upon. Workforce management and planning reports for HR teams

You'll have the ability to work with significant amount of data and information combined with good interpersonal and communication skills keeping HR Teams and managers informed on the status of queries, issues, data and trends etc. They continually look for ways to improve HR services, policies and standards based on data evidence. Ability to plan, develop and analyse data, reports, and presentations.
Good operational experience or knowledge with HR processes and systems related to core hr, recruiting, learning, performance management and overall people data.
Sharepoint, HRIS and Data Modelling experience
Ability to conduct studies and research, internally and externally, in order to establish robust data and information for HR Teams.
