Digital Marketing Manager - West London £40-50k

We are seeking an established Digital Marketing Manager to join a leading HOT on trend London fashion brand!

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to engage customers through digital marketing. You are super creative and think digital first, but are also a natural strategic manager who loves to maintain processes. You will lead by example and inspire teams to push boundaries with creative and voice, whilst always staying true to brand.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years' experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
  • Experience in paid marketing, affiliate and email - focus on paid (Social and Shopping)
  • Experience in Google ADs and Facebook Manager - ideally direct execution
  • Experience of managing a budget £1-1.5million+
  • Experience of directly Managing a small Team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

OVERALL:

  • Executing strategy for Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates and Email/CRM
  • Achieving traffic, conversion rate, AOV and revenue targets of above-mentioned channels
  • Adhering to financial budgets for above-mentioned channels in line with agreed forecast
  • Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reporting and commentary on above-mentioned channel
  • Managing Digital Marketing Executive (whose focus is Affiliates) and a Digital Co-ordinator

PAID SEARCH:

  • Managing agency who looks after Paid Search
  • Work with Head of Digital to ensure the strategy is in line with business objectives.
  • Lead on the analysis of the results/data within the Google Ads/Bing platforms to provide continuous insight into how we can optimise Paid Search campaigns in line with the channel's forecast
  • Ensure the Digital Co-ordinator is delivering to the agency the required assets (text ads, sitelink extensions copy etc) on time and in line with the marketing calendar

PAID SOCIAL & DISPLAY:

  • Managing agency who looks after Paid Social & Display
  • Work with Head of Digital to ensure the strategy is in line with business objectives.
  • Lead on the analysis of the results/data within the Facebook Ads (and in future Pinterest & Snapchat) platforms to provide continuous insight into how to optimise Paid Social & Display campaigns in line with the channel's forecast
  • Ensure the Digital Co-ordinator is delivering to the agency the required assets (creative, copy etc) on time and in line with the marketing calendar

AFFILIATES:

  • Managing affiliate platform (alongside Digital Marketing Executive) and Account Manager at network
  • Work with Head of Digital to ensure the strategy is in line with business objectives.
  • Lead on the analysis of the results/data within the network's platform to provide continuous insight into how we can optimise our Affiliate programme in line with the channel's forecast
  • Ensure the Digital Co-ordinator is delivering to the team the required assets (banners, copy etc) on time and in line with the marketing calendar
