Indirect Sales and Support Services Administrator

Eastleigh, Chandlers Ford

£20,000 - £22,000

Mon - Fri 40 Hours a week

THE ROLE:
In this role you will support the Indirect Sales team and Support Services team.

This will involve ensuring all records and reports are accurately and properly maintained along with monitoring and communicating customer requirements and producing presentations and reports. You will act as an intermediary between the teams and their customers when they are not available

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Taking phone calls and messages for your team in their absence and deal with enquires where possible.
* Ensure mandatory inspections and certifications are maintained.
* Ensure licences, e.g. REACT, First Aider, Forklift Driver records are kept up date and refreshers booked in timely manner.
* Maintain key holder details for the network.
* Monitor and follow up on fleet inspection progress & actions taken, ensuring the relevant parties receive the relevant data.
* Manage account notifications and action amendments where necessary for Indirect Regional and National Fleets.
* Organise tyre price lists & service charges.
* Preparing presentations and run reports as and when required within set time scales.
* Facilitate Zone, Managers and Regional Directors responses.
* Follow up on any customer complaints with the support of the team.
* Keep fleet lists up to date and accurate

EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
With strong administration skills, attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines, you will be competent in using Microsoft office packages and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Industry knowledge would be desirable
