Customer Care Professional
We are currently looking for a Customer Care Professional for one of our clients in Brighton. This is a 12 month position and you will be working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. .
You will work in a high performing Business Travel Account (BTA) allocation team reconciling a variety of sensitive customer BTA accounts within strict timeframes to ensure an excellent customer experience. Although the role is mainly focused on Sweden it is required that you are flexible, and you will on a daily basis support the other Nordic functions and markets.
The main responsibilities of the position are:
Reconciling customer payments to outstanding items on the statement.
Speaking with the customer on unclear payments remittances.
Investigation of payment issues.
Support BTA Servicing on full account reconciliations
