Are you passionate about motor vehicles? My client is currently recruiting for a Yard Supervisor/driver to join their friendly team. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday the hours will be 9am till 5pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday and Tuesday and Thursday 9am till 8pm (auction nights) and including every other Saturday from 9.30am till midday.

Responsibilities

• To supervise our outside vehicle yard which will involve supervising incoming/outgoing vehicles
• Moving customers vehicles out of the yard ready for collection
• Preparing vehicles for the auction, delivering /collecting vehicles from customers, workshops
• Valet sites, spec checking
• Condition reporting and photographing vehicles ready for the website and ensuring the yard is ready for the weekly auctions.
• Ability to work alone and must be able to take on the full organisation of the yard and be responsible for it during working hours

Full training will be given and company uniform provided. Candidate must be able to communicate with office staff via telephone, walkie talkies and email and be able to use the office system so a good knowledge of IT/computers/internet is required.
