Production Coordinator - £19K

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Production Coordinator to work for a well established client based in Ipswich. You will be joining at a well established business and become an essential team leader on the production floor

The role will mainly be first main point on contact on the production floor to oversee and manage the production staff and enforce the health and safety well being within the work place. With an ever changing work demand it is essential that the you can show the ability to lead from the front and ensure that the business can maintain high performance levels through the whole process to meet deadlines.

Key Roles

• Monitor daily and weekly individual and team performers
• Manage and ensure KPI's are met
• Ability to delegate tasks and prioritise work loads
• Manage health and safety within the work place
• Train and up skill production staff within the different teams

• Strong IT skill and knowledge with Excel

• Ability to multi task

This role will be working on a two shift basis hours 06:00 - 14:30pm and 12:00 - 20:30pm with the starting salary £19k
