Materials Handler (Electronics)

Specialising in high technology, our client undertakes work with many of the leading Blue Chip organisations across the UK, and is looking for a Material Handler to work within it's facility based in Basingstoke.

As a Materials Controller, your main responsibility will be to check in deliveries, mainly electronic components, & kit them into pending jobs for production.

Responsibilities:

Deliver and organise goods from the stores to relevant departments

Work with the Procurement and Production Teams

Report any shortages

Keep in house stock system up to date

Have kits ready and prepared for start date

Requirements:

You will have high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate at all levels. Priorities are changing daily, so you will be able to adapt in a fast paced environment.

Good computer skills including MSOffice suite

Experience in the electronics manufacturing would be preferred but not essential.
