Manpower are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager Role to work within a fast dynamic company with fantastic progression opportunities and OTE.

You will be responsible for leading efforts to establish and retain business growth opportunities. Primarily obtaining new clients and fostering business relationships to increase revenue for the company

There will be opportunities for you to attend various networking events and industry related shows and exhibitions.

This is an excellent opportunity within a rapidly growing business to make this role your own.

The role of Business Development Manager consists of the following key elements:

  • Identify new leads and pitch our service to these potential new clients
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Network and speak with industry related companies, re sellers and individual traders and forge relationships Communicating new business developments to prospective clients
  • Communicating new business developments with prospective clients
  • Overseeing the development of company literature for B2B Services
  • Providing management with feedback and reports
  • Looking for Synergies with other industry related companies
  • Work towards pre designated targets

  • Keen Interest in the property industry


  • Business Development/ Field Sales experience
  • Full Clean Driving Licence


  • Relevant Property Industry Experience
  • Own Contacts within the property Industry
