HELPDESK OPERATIVE - PART TIME.
Job Outline: To work with all Facilities Departments and promote good communication between both my client and the Trust, patients, their visitors and the public. To ensuring all requests and enquiries are dealt with in line with Minimum Standard requirements.
-Experience of working in a Call Centre or Similar Environment
-Sound Knowledge of CAFM Systems
-Accurate Record Keeping
-Strong IT skills
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Educated to a High Standard
-Ability to manage shift patterns
Must be able to start as soon as possible in a part time helpdesk operative role, working weekends and bank holidays if needed. Some days and nights may be done. This role is public facing as well, working for one of the hospitals based in Oxford. Please ensure you apply only if you will pass a DBS check.
Must have experience within call handling and customer service.
