Onsite Resourcer (Fixed term)

Right Management & Manpower (respectively) are supporting colleagues at a local Manufacturing plant in Bridgend who are being displaced in their role. Right Management will provide career transition programmes to the colleagues on site from 8 July 2019 until 25 September 2020.

A Career Centre will be set up where the Right Management Career Consultant Team will support the colleagues with coaching meetings and workshops covering CV writing, interview techniques, where to look and how to approach the market place.

Reporting to the Right Management Lead consultant, you will be responsible for;

Excellent communication skills to confidently liaise with the colleagues and outside companies and agencies to generate vacancy information. Good organisational capabilities to organise events for companies to visit site and meet the colleagues.

Good administration skills with knowledge of excel, word and O365 to create databases to send weekly vacancy updates the vacancies to colleagues and display details in the Career Centre.

Full training and on board support will be provided on our IT systems and colleague portal.

Maturity to provide empathy towards the colleagues in the redundancy process.
