Customer Service Agent (PT hours)
Customer Service Staff - Part time hours
Working Monday to Friday 15.00pm until 19.00pm - 20 hours a week.
Pay rate: £8.50an hour rising to £10.37 an hour after 12 weeks
(Additional hours are available during peak times payable at enhanced rates)
- Managing and dealing with customer enquiries over the telephone.
- Completing customer enquiry messages and re-deliveries through in-house messaging system
- Data inputting.
Any other required needs regarding Customer Service requirements.
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to deal with customer issues in a professional manner
- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
- Good IT Skills
Training, support and mentoring will be provided in house on an on-going basis
