Manpower is excited to be working with our client in the outskirts of Exeter to find an experienced Cook. Our client is one of Devon's iconic landmarks and prides themselves on their excellent surroundings and wonderful atmosphere.

About the role

This role will be working three days a week between the hours of 9-4:30. So very sociable hours and no split shifts! The role will include cooking and preparing food for the client's busy café. You could be cooking between 30-350 covers a day. You will be working with fresh ingredients which will be pre-pared into portioned meals. A high portion of the menu will be re-heated to order. Basic cooking to order will be required on items such as Breakfasts and sandwiches. This position will be covering for the company's chef as they are on leave. The dates you will be covering are below:

Friday 19th 9-4.30, Saturday 20th 9-4.30, Sunday 21st 9-4.30, Monday 22nd 9-4.30.

About the candidate.

This is initially being offered on a short-term temporary contract. There is potential for this to extend for the perfect candidate. Therefore, we are looking for someone with experience in the area who would feel happy going straight into the role with little training. It is essential that you have your own transport as public transport links to the location are non-existent.
