Customer Support Co-Ordinator
Great job opportunity for a Customer Support Co-Ordinator to join our Maidstone based client.
You will play a key role in delivering the highest level of customer service possible by developing strong, lasting relationships with customers and providers.
As a Customer Support Co-Ordinator, your role will involve:
- To be the first point of contact for any customer service related queries
- To monitor all orders through the business and resolve any issues when necessary
- To provide excellent customer service and effective communication with internal and external customers
- To help maintain a positive team environment
The successful applicant will have previous customer service experience in an office environment and working for a forward thinking organisation. You will have good communication skills, have a professional telephone manner and be able to build long standing relationships with customers. You will have the ability to work on your own as well as part of a team. Good organisational skills are required and you will have the ability to prioritise work. Good IT and keyboard skills.

Hours: Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week with a 7.5 hour day with one hour lunch. Two shift patterns 8am-4.30pm or 9am-5.30pm
