Nights Customer Service Executive
£20,000 to £22,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Are you happy doing night shifts?
If the answer is YES, then I have a great opportunity for you.
I'm currently representing an excellent company within the Travel Industry where you will be liaising with customers in regard to their holiday packages.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound/Outbound Calls to customers
- Ensure customers receive top notch customer service
- Generate Sales through up-selling services and packages
- Document all work accordingly to the company's standards
- Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment
