Currently working with a Pest Management company based in Chichester looking for their next talented Administrator!
Based in the Chichester site you'll be working Monday - Friday, 0900-1500, with some flexibility available if needed.
Your responsibilities will be but aren't limited to:
- Booking new jobs onto the system and allocating to a technician in a timely manor
- Creating invoices to reflect prices quoted
- Typing and sending out contract quotations and service level agreements
- Updating agents on job progress via email or telephone and updating notes on the system and obtaining authorisation with works at agreed cost
- Contract cancellations
- New Contract customers
There are elements of Finance within this role so you will need to have experience in XERO and experience with the following is desirable:
- Bank refresh on XERO
- Allocating electronic payments
- Take card payments over the phone
- Create new records when needed on XERO
- Raise invoices
- Bank account payments
- Chase aged receivables
