We have a great opportunity for a dedicated administrator to join a growing team, supporting a successful Property Management company based in Bournemouth. Coming from humble beginnings as a small family run business, they have recently moved in to large, newly built offices with big ambitions for the future! With an award-winning track record for outstanding customer service, we are looking for a passionate individual to carry on this reputation with us.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the accounts team
- Welcome visitors to the office and be the first point of contact for them
- Co-ordinate and schedule meetings
- Use computer packages to keep site information up to date
- Answering incoming calls and answering general enquiries
- Correspond with other departments to ensure resolutions
What you will need:
- Experience in an administration environment
- Experience working with Excel, Outlook and Word
- Exceptional organisational skills

Hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Friday, with an hour for lunch.
