Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will act as an ambassador to customers, using your first-class call handling skills and knowledge to deal with customers in a professional, efficient and thorough manner.
Your main duties will include:
" Effectively ensure all orders are completed in full and achieve all KPI standards (Key Performance Indicators) as required by creating a positive customer experience via effective handling of all customer calls/contacts.
" Be professional, helpful, and respectful to customers and colleagues at all times.
" Understanding the operational structure and how actions can impact the customer and impact the customer service levels
" Develop and maintain customer relationships through effective communication, problem solving, and fulfilling business commitments.
" Have a detailed knowledge of allocated customers business, expectations and requirements.
" Work with the management in the department to develop and train the less experienced members of the team and procedures are put together and followed.
" Work with the business to ensure business improvements are put into place. If any themes become apparent to ensure these are flagged to the relevant parties, e.g. Depot manager.
" Step in to help with the work flow of the department and ensure tasks are being actioned at the right time.
" Act as a first point for any customer issues, investigate as fully as possible and ensure relevant parties are brought into the discussion to find a fast and effective solution.

The ideal candidates will have experience working within a customer service environment or contact centre and will take pride in their customer service skills. You will communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and will also be able to use computers whilst talking to customers.
This is a 37.5-hour full-time position with occasional Saturday and Bank Holidays on a rota basis.
