Senior Customer Service Advisor
Our client, The Open University is looking to source a number of full time Senior Student Recruitment and Support Advisors within the Faculty of Business and Law or Faculty of Arts and Social Science.
This role starts on the asap to the 31st October 2019 - full commitment is required. This role is full time working 37 hours, paying £11.78ph.
The shift pattern with either be 9am - 5:30pm or 9:30am - 6pm for 4 days a week with 1 day of 12noon - 8pm, and 1 in 6 Saturdays (9am-5pm) with a day off during the week when they work a Saturday.
The role holder will work within the Student Recruitment and Support Centres (SRSCs), and will help students and prospective students make study choices that will lead to successful progression, qualification completion and customer satisfaction.
To make use of comTo provide complex and/or curriculum related advice toosupport students and potential students in registration and study with The Open University, through both proactive and reactive contact via a number of channels including inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, letters, online webchat, online forums.puterised database systems to maintain customer, company and enquirer details.
This role will some weeks full time training, working normal office hours and unfortunately there are no holidays allowed during the first period.
